Located in the Zhejiang province of China, with over 25 years of experience, manufacturing high pressure oil pipes for common rail, Turbo-charge silicone hoses, intercooler silicone hoses and rubber hoses, as well as metal & non-metal high, medium and low pressure oil pipes, such as steel tubes, water pipes, brake hoses, fuel feed hoses, nylon pressure tubes and automotive power steering hoses. Having an annual production capacity of 5.5 million high pressure oil pipes, 7 million low pressure oil pipes, 250 tons silicon hoses, 150 tons rubber hoses per year.

Our Silicone hoses are capable of operating in temperatures of -45degC TO +250degC

Operating with a TS16949:2009 Quality Management System, all products are tested & checked in our state of the art laboratory. We also operate out of a clean room for our metal high pressure hoses.

Our manufacturing facility, is based out of Mumbai, we are one of the leading manufacturers of suspension component products in the field of Anti-Vibration technology with over 25 years of experience. Our company manufactures customer-specific products in industry sectors such as automotive , engine & machine builders, railway, and for general assemblies.

Operating out of a 10,000sqft facility, with a team of highly skilled personnel, with years of service. Our 6 large compression moulding machines have a capability of achieving over 100,000 moulds per month. We also bond Rubber to Metal for a number of our clients producing robust products fit for high wear and tear applications.

With over 300 moulding tools developed over the years we have an excellent maintenance & management program that ensures long lasting tool life.

Having the ability to blend our raw materials in house, it allows us to develop solutions specific to your needs. We also laminate in house, which means we can apply various adhesive solutions to many of our products.

NORTH EAST CHINA

Our Rubber Profile manufacturing facility is based in North East China. Here we design and manufacture quality profiles for the automotive & appliance industries from sealing systems, body seals and weather-strip’s, standard & custom rubber extrusions, sealing profiles, trim seals, gaskets, extruded and moulded rubber products.

We have over 20 years of experience, with highly accredited Quality Systems, approved by many OEM’s. The factory is equipped with advanced co-extrusion lines and rubber injection machines, allowing us enough flexibility to produce many types of profiles, and work with various materials such as EPDM, NBR, CR, NR, FKM PVC, TPE . Also having the ability to ‘vulcanise’ means we can provide closed seals.

We have a full time inspection facility, with various equipment that allows us to manage and control the quality & inspection from raw material, manufacturing through to final finish, cut and trims.
