DESIGN & CAPABILITIES

We have a team of highly skilled and educated Engineers, with extensive material knowledge. Fully equipped with latest 3D Model software ready to read, produce and draft drawings and models before going to print.

With 3D Scanning we are able to reverse engineer any legacy parts where customer drawings or models may be out of date.

Our products are manufactured through the use of tools such as extrusion dies, moulding press, guillotine and mandrels. In this case, our Engineers design them to ensure efficient output, room for modification, and longevity, whilst keeping tooling costs low by selecting the right tooling material. We always Prototype first, seeking approval before going into mass production.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT

The majority of what we manufacture and distribute, is exported out of India and China. This is truly a testament to our quality management. Our manufacturing operations have a minimum ISO9001 standard, and some are also accredited with IATF16949 to allow us to supply into the automotive industry.

We have rigorous checking and testing procedures, and all goods are met with an inspection report before despatch.

We are also able to submit PPAP documentations if required.
